Welcome!
Six
Saints circa Holt is a Church of England parish located in the beautiful
Welland Valley. We are a parish of different people, a community
of all ages, living out our faith in the local community and in
the wider world.
We're
here for people. For all the people who live, work, and enjoy themselves
in our villages, offering them the abilty to find peace, fulfillment
and opportunities for service in the business of daily life. A particular
welcome is extended to families and children. There is a wide range
of services and events
throughout the church’s year.
Our
churches are not just local organisations. They are not just historical
monuments. They are an expression of a living community of Christian
faith. Church provides a means for transforming the lives of individuals
and communities.
To
find out much more about the life of our churches, or to arrange
a visit, or to enquire about a wedding or baptism please contact

The
Six Saints' Churches
The
Parish lies in South East Leicestershire; it consists of six village
churches in Medbourne, Great Easton,
Bringhurst, Stockerston, Drayton
and Blaston. See map.
The
Parish falls within the district of Market Harborough
and borders with Rutland and Northamptonshire. Other nearby population
centres are Corby (Northamptonshire) and Uppingham
(Rutland).
Holt
refers to Nevill Holt which is the
epicentre of the Parish. It's a high point where the historic Nevill
Holt Hall and its attached Chapel
overlook the Welland Valley.

A Message from the Bishop of Leicester

Faithful service of community and a significant role in building
up
its common life are as much a part of the heritage of this
Parish
as its much-loved buildings. Its magazine, annual Parish projects,
innovative use of church buildings and the work of individuals
in supporting local groups all show that the church remains
an active contributor to the community.

With this web site the Parish continues to show its commitment
to serve all in the community
and those beyond by embracing the technology of our age.
